MATERIAL AND STRUCTURE

Outer shell material: The outer shell of a ski helmet is made of impact resistant materials, dual in-mold by two separate polycarbonate (PC) shell, which have good impact and abrasion resistance, and can effectively withstand impacts and collisions.

 

LINING MATERIAL


The lining is made of high-density foam, polystyrene (EPS), which absorbs energy and reduces the risk of head injuries. The liner is soft and breathable and fits snugly to the head to minimize the feeling of shaking inside the helmet.
